Ali Briggs is an experienced Business Solution, Stakeholder, and Transformation Director. She has over 25 years’ experience working in the public and private sectors to deliver sustainable business and service solutions backed by evidence-based options analysis and robust business cases. Ali brings learning from multiple sectors to underpin innovative but pragmatic solutions. At Capita, Ali led on a wide range of projects including helping a number of central govt departments to explore how to better prevent and/or manage service user debt; supporting NHS hospital trusts to develop new models of working to address funding challenges and designing outsourced service solutions for financial services organisations.
Sunil Shahaney is our central government stakeholder engagement expert. Sunil was formerly Deputy Director for the Cabinet Office Debt Programme. Working closely with departments, Treasury, NAO etc. Sunil marshalled buy-in from six departments to a single Shared Service business case, secured sign-off from departmental accounting officers and navigated HM Treasury approval.

Rita Gulrajani has extensive experience of project management and operations delivery for administrative services having worked for over 22 years within Capita. As Bid Project Manager, Rita was responsible for mobilising multi-disciplined teams to ensure that high quality, coherent, reviewed, assessed and approved proposals are delivered that exceed client requirements.

Jane Lucas has over 20 years’ senior management experience with Capita, principally in managing the business case cycle for new bids: implementing and running quality review and governance processes incorporating qualification, solution and commercial shaping and bid reviews/ contractual sign-offs through to sales closure
